Our buses are installed with ICT technology and supervision apps linked to GPRS and CCTV which will enable parents and nursery to know the exact location of the vehicle at any time and access the CCTV. During registration of any children, we will assess the time of expected travel for that child and the information will be shared. We would try to provide Blue Bird Nursery transport to all requesting it, though in rare incidences when it is assessed that time of travel for the child to attend the Blue Bird Nursery is more than a comfortable time, we might decline the admission if no arrangement from both parties (Nursery and parents) can possibly be made to reduce travel time.

For children registered and enrolled in our Nursery, a Transport Request Form would be required and our operator will check the route and the pick-up/drop off point to ensure that they are able to offer the service in the requested area and that the pick-up / drop off point is safe. Once this has been confirmed, parents will be notified of the timings, bus number, driver’s details, and the bus mobile contact number. Safety is of utmost importance for us and will follow all guidelines of RTA laid in the Guiding Manual of School Transport in the Emirate of Dubai, to ensure maximum and fail-proof safety on buses for our children. No other unauthorized people are allowed on the bus; Parents are expected to be on time to receive the child.
